M-TES at the 37Th ECOS Conference in Rhodes
Two members of our Team, Paola Bassani and Filip Kateusz recently participated in the esteemed ECOS 2024 conference, officially known as the 37th International Conference on Efficiency, Cost, Optimization, Simulation, and Environmental Impact of Energy Systems.
This prestigious event was held from June 30 to July 5, 2024, on the historic island of Rhodes. Renowned for its historical significance as the location of the Colossus of Rhodes—one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, dedicated to the Greek Sun-God Helios, symbolizing life and energy—the conference provided an inspiring backdrop for our presentations.
During our session, we presented the M-TES project, focusing on the innovative development and application of metallic phase change material-composites (m-PCM). We highlighted the significant advancements we have made in thermal energy management. The conference was an incredible opportunity to exchange ideas with industry experts, establish new connections, and explore potential collaborations.
